Tossing around a Thought regarding Advance Elements for Genin

This is just a thought I was having regarding Genin and the use of advance elements. I mean you think they wouldn't be able to use their bloodline till they obtain the third element to train the first two to use it first. But I was thinking...wouldn't they be fusing the two elements that make their element together subconsciously?

If this was the case a Genin with the Hyouton bloodline would subconsciously fusing Futon and Suiton Chakra to create Hyouton as such they can use Ice based Ninjutsu as a Genin. HOWEVER they don't have control over Futon and Suiton until they reach the next rank to learn to use the elements that create ice so as a Genin they only have Ice based jutsu no wind or Water they only gain those when they rank up.

I think this would be a good idea. It would attract more people to the Genin rank, and make people more unique when they do sign up as a Genin, once all the higher ranks have been taken.

It's very possible. Haku was technically still a Genin, like Narutard, and used only ice ninjutsu without any water or wind ninjutsu.

So, being that as it is, I suppose I'll go ahead and give it a yes too. ^^
