The site is still new and fresh. We are still in need of active Jounin and Chuunin for the 3 open villages.
There are 3 Akatsuki so far, excluding the leader, and the final 4th directly approved Akatsuki will remain up to the leader to approve or not, so if you intent to make an akatsuki, speak to him (.Death) about it first. 1 Last Akatsuki may be approved, though the last 4 of the 9 will have to join through RP, most likely after the first Chuunin Exams, once we start having an active flow of RPing.
