Late evening after Cooby had finished his D rank mission at grocery store.
Cooby was taking steps upstairs while having an open scroll in front of him held by his two hands vertically. It was a Genin guide to training the Teleportation Technique, which allowed it's user to move with incredible speed. The description made Cooby want to learn it in first day he heard about it. Strength and fast movement would make a pretty good combo in a battle. It could also come in handy for escaping an impossible attack.
As soon as Cooby reached last step to training grounds he wrapped the scroll closed and slipped it inside his fluffy clothing.
Evening had brought along wind, which would make this training easier than having to cook in a hot sun.

Just like the scroll said Cooby needs to temporarily vitalise the body and move with very high speed with use of chakra.
Cooby wasn't the best when it comes to using chakra especially for a ninjutsu. But this is an D-rank technique so he should be capable of learning it sooner or later.
He slammed his hands both together forming a ram hand seal required for the technique. Drawing required amount of chakra from chakra centre Cooby began to vitalise his body with it.
The stage required a few minutes of precise concentrating but soon enough Cooby could feel the effects and succeeding of it. As soon as that was done, Cooby slid one leg back a bit and started to run as fast as he could.
When he did that, he lost his concentration on chakra losing the effects. He ran like a regular ninja would.
Cooby took a sharp break making another ram hand seal. He focused his chakra to vitalise body and tried to run yet again but neither was this try a success.
"One more time, I think I can do it now!" Cooby said at himself as he did the ram hand seal again. He focused chakra to vitalise body temporary and made his first step. When the first step was made he made another one, then another and in less than a second he moved across the training grounds.

"Yeah!" Cooby yelled raising fist in arm. "I knew I could do it, he he he."

Generic Sealing Technique - D Rank - 315 words

Cooby landed on both feet softly on ground of Kumogakure Training Grounds. The place where he has learned most of his techniques through Genin rank. And right now it was time to learn yet another technique but this time something totally different than other techniques he has learned.
Returned from handing in a mission report after Kazuya's - travelling merchant escort Cooby had an urge to train something for own comfort this time. Something like a summoning jutsu so he wouldn't need to carry around weapons all the time or in case if his arrows went out of stock in bag then he could summon more from the scroll - that would be useful.

Cooby took a summoning scroll, sat on the ground and wrapped the scroll open in front of himself.
There were many writings inside the scroll - everything part of the summoning.
He took his bag that was filled with arrows and shaking it upside down a bit all the arrows inside it fell out. With one hand he took a pile of arrows by the middle and placed it on top of the scroll. Cooby bit his thumb and with blood that was covering the thumb he drew a line over the scroll and the arrows. In next second the arrows disappeared in poof of smoke - inside an endless storage.

"Hm," Cooby using same thumb drew a line past the scroll again this time having arrows in his mind. With a bit of chakra he put inside the scroll through thumb's blood Cooby managed to make yet another poof of smoke appear but this time instead of taking arrows it made a pile of arrow (same that Cooby sealed inside) appear on top of the scroll. "Guess now I know how it works," Cooby spoke showing joy.
