Silence of Blood [Akatsuki]

White hair drifted in front of his black hues, staring outwards towards the only entrance into the meeting room the large area had to offer. The meeting hall was the only room where there were no windows, only one door, and no vents. It was a total solitary room where no one could escape his wrath if anything went wrong. His frame sat leisurely in the tall throne-like chair that sat against the wall in front of the long table that was before him. Four chairs were evenly set apart from one another, in case a member actually wanted to show up for the meeting he had set for the date at hand. His right palm reached out and grasped the air, condensing a piece of his chakra into a small marble-like substance in his hand, swaying it around his fingers over and over, only to lean his head back, black hues focusing on the black ceiling above. He kept his stare along the lifeless ceiling above, twirling around the small power in his palm, bored enough to want to stab something with it if nothing happened too soon.

Being leader of a powerful organization, and having to keep himself limited to the amount of power that wouldn't kill his members by just being in the same room as he was. He murred some to himself boredly, allowing the door to start to shift upon the noise of someone coming near the room, readying himself, but just staying the way he was, thinking of things to say if the meeting actually got underway.

The young man’s footsteps echoed through the hall as he walked up to the massive stone door. A man of nearly twenty with dark blue hair falling over his face in bangs. Something that made him stand out. To be more correct, together with the large scythe on his back, its pole almost as long as his entire body, his hair was about the only thing that made Rainen stand out. Given his short build, many people could easily overlook him if not for these two things. With his Akatsuki cloak on, many people would mistake him for scrawny given the fact that the robe robbed his many compact muscles from sight.

The door would shift and creak as Rainen opened it. There was no one in the room other than the leader, a very tall individual sitting on a throne at the end of the table. Rainen walked over to the chair on the man’s right and sat down, his chest forward, his chin tilted slightly upward and his elbows leaning on the supports. His two hands were folded in front of him. His pose was calm, but at the same time snobbish. With a slight hint of annoyance in his voice, he looked at the leader while complaining not so much about Saruno himself, but about the other members.

”The rest better not take too long. I hate waiting…”

Looking to the sky, Danzo noticed large monstrous Clouds that were rushing in from the Horizons. With the sight of the Clouds first thing that came to the young mans mind was rain bringing a slight smile upon his face. Soon that smile had disappeared as he began walking towards the Akatsuki meeting. Danzo watched as he moved his feet. Left, Right, Left, Right tell rain began to fall from the sky landing on Danzos head at first, he then stopped once again in his tracks. Allowing the Rain to pour down on him not that he had much of a choice but being from a clan that has all to do with Water Danzo can't resist to enjoy the rain while he has the chance to. With a deep breath Danzo continued walking again, soon approaching a regular sized door. Danzo looked at the door as he extended his right hand grabbing onto the door, then pulling it open, with a quick motition Danzo had entered the building.

Walking down a large hall water dripped from every showing part of Danzos body including his cloak. Danzo's Footsteps also echoed through out the hall as did the water that dripped from his body giving of the impression that it was slightly raining inside. As the man approached the largest door he had seen in a while Danzo extended both hands pushing open the door. Danzo walked into the room leaving the doors to slam shut behind him. Walking towards one of the two seats that were open Danzo took a look at his surroundings, then sat in the chair next to their leader but to his left side. Looking at the Shinobi accros from him Danzo put two and two together and knew that one more person was missing which meant they couldn't start the meeting. Danzo released a large sigh as his hands landed on the table after reaching into his large pocket, grabbing a water bottle. "hmmm..one more person" Danzo said quietly as he waited for the other person to show before he said anything fruther.

Haruka hated stereo-types against females always being late... and in general. These kinds of insults would make her lose her temper much quicker than any other. Her heel-less shoes made no noise as she walked down the corridor towards the meeting room, her arms swinging a little by her sides and her face smooth as always. It was rare that she actually showed any great emotion nowadays; apart from a hint of happiness and confusion at times. Her long brown hair was left loose as always, swaying around her hips and shining even in the dull light of the base. She was wearing her usual black dress, white shorts, weapon belt and flat black ninja sandals without her modified Akatsuki cloak. She felt no need to wear it, and thus did not. Upon reaching the meeting room door she pushed it open with one of her delicate hands and stepped into the room, surveying it with her soft brown eyes (probably one of the only soft things about her). It seemed that she was the last here, but because she wasn't late, she was in no rush to sit down.

"Good day, everybody. Rainen-san, Danzo-san and Saruno-sama." Haruka's fluid voice filled the room, a small smile gracing her features as she spoke everybody's name in turn after those she saw. She stook a seat beside Rainen, even though she despised his arrogance, he was the Akatsuki member that she knew best. "So... to what do we have the pleasure of gathering here today, Leader-sama?" She turned and looked at their leader, eyes curious. The way in which Haruka spoke was another defining thing about her. She always spoke in a rather posh manner, not snobbish, but posh. She pronounced all her words properly and fluently, as well as structuring her sentances in an almost superior manner.

She waited patiently, showing no sign of fidgeting or moving while she waited for Saruno to address them all.

The shift of his sleeve drifted down to his right elbow as he continued to fiddle with the small sphere of compressed chakra within his fingers, closing his hues for a few more seconds before pressing his fingers down onto it, holding it as if he were about to flick it. His deep breath inhaled a considerable amount of air before it slowly came out through his nostrils, thinking some to himself, feeling the essences and chakra of the males and female that were before him, feet starting to drift down from the edge of the table, and down onto the ground, while he sat more comfortably. His right middle and index fingers pressed the nails against the sparking structure of the marble-like chakra, flicking it out of his hand as it whizzed by the other Akatsuki, letting it land on the doorway enough for it to activate it's power. Absorbing itself inwards, and then exploding out, the door was blown off it's hinges into the deep hallway before it, some powdered pebbles and the nails that were flying through the air landed on the ground after a bit, a couple pebbles landing on the tabletop. Letting his back shift up against the back of the chair, his rear doing the same, he sat up straight, palms starting down to set on his lap, crossed together.

Opening his black hues, shown through his white hair, he let off just a small tone of his voice, "Good evening, this meeting is for the objective of this organization. Whoever actually knows, speak now and you may live another day." He whispered within his darkened tone, the intent slowly bursting through the air, keeping his emotionless smile, trying to keep his sadistic intentions down, but failing to keep his own essence from showing it. As much fun as having the power to annihilate anything that stood in his path, he did have his drawbacks on using them, as long as none of them knew about them. Looking from side to side, staring and observing the members, he scanned them quickly, and then moving to another, picking out anything that he could use in case they happened to betray him. The sound of thunder rolled past the base, shaking the walls with it's tremendous power.

Starting to close his hues just once more, he leaned kept his focus on making sure his sensory didn't let go of what they were doing in the room, one was agitated, one was peaceful and tame, the other wasn't too easy to read by his flow of chakra. Breathing normally, he kept his hues closed for the time being. A large nine foot blade was beside his throne, stabbing into the ground with an eerie glow of faint black and purple chakra, visible to the eye by it's gem along the tip of the hilt, the skull on it's guard being more menacing then it's spiked edges. There was no readable name on the blade, only the runic letters that embedded it to show a few unreadable words.

”What are you calling HIM Sama for and not me, bitch?!”

The currently only female Akatsuki member had just entered the room and already did something to piss Rainen off. Not that that was such an accomplishment. It was very easy to piss him off. He was pissed off at the leader too. Pissed at the fact that he basically threatened to kill him. Him! The fact that this man merely thought that he could just do that was an insult to him and his father. But he knew that at his current level he wouldn’t be able to beat this man. That too pissed him off. The fact that the gods, in their cruelty and unfairness, had dared to allow this man to become so strong that he could actually prove a threat to him at this moment. Yes, Rainen was pissed off easily. The only Akatsuki member who hadn’t succeeded in angering him yet was the man with the blue skin who had been rather passive up to now.

If only his father would’ve been here now. His father, who had been an old war hero to Iwa. In his prime, he was feared around the whole of the shinobi world for his abilities and kenjutsu. His father, Dotage Zouen, had fought the much younger current Tsuchikage while being near his seventies and only lost because his age had dulled his reflexes and weakened his body. But his father wasn’t here. His father was dead. So he would have to punish this man himself once he was up to his level.

And at that moment, he swore he would pay the leader back once he was Tsuchikage for talking to him like this. But that moment wasn’t now. Now was the moment to just do as he was asked by this man. So he simply answered his question in the most neutral tone he could find while hiding his true feelings. ”From what I’ve understood, the final goal is to obtain ultimate power, right? And something with the Bijuu as well..” He hadn’t moved an inch all the time, his hands still folded in front of him. His green eyes scanning the room. The Akatsuki right now had just four members including himself. While each individual in this room was a skilled and deadly shinobi in his or her own right, in the end more members would be needed. For no matter how powerful a shinobi is, he or she can only be at one place at a time.

As Danzo sat in his chair not paying any mind to anyone else in the room he began to become slightly annoyed. He was annoyed at the fact that he had to wait for the other Akatsuki member known as Haruka, who was a Female. All that was running through his head at the moment was that she needed to hurry up because Danzo had no intentions on sitting here all day. Danzo had both of his elbows resting on the table, while his hands covered his mouth. It was unknown at the time but it had just hit Danzo within a instant. The man suddenly had the urge to kill, it didn't matter who it was he just needed to kill something which wasn't a good sign at this very moment.

Looking to his right Danzo noticed that the door of the meeting area had just opened as he watched Haruka walk into the room. Danzo then let out a small sigh as he continued to watch the girl not make any effort to seat herself, instead speaking with insulting words towards himself and Rainen. Slowly his hands feel to the table as he looked at the girl with a slightly confused yet angry face. "Sama?" Danzo said as he looked at the girl, he had more to say but would indeed cause Tension in the room to build to its highest peak so he kept his mouth shut. This was the best for Danzo but now it was time to hear from their leader, and hopefully he had some wise words to say to the three shinobi. Instead of the man speaking he began playing with his marble-like chakra thing which Danzo payed no attention to in-tell the door exploded leaving pebbles to fly all around the room. He wasn't sure if the man was trying to impress the people who stood before him, but Danzo wasn't impressed what-so-ever. He was kind of pissed because one of the pebbles had hit him in the arm, but didn't let it get to him to bad. Danzo had anger issues but was able to control himself half of the time."Good evening, this meeting is for the objective of this organization. Whoever actually knows, speak now and you may live another day." Are the words that Came out of the leaders mouth. Danzo thought real hard as if he didn't already know what the main objective of the organization was. After Rain has spoken his words Danzo looked to the table and picked up his water bottle taking a quick drink then setting it back onto the table. "Just as Rainen has said. To gain ultimate power within this Organization and capture Bijuu to use to our advantage. Also my Fuuinjutsu may come in handy when trying to caputre these Jinchuuriki, and i'll also add that if we want Ultimate power we will need more people. Danzo said knowing that everyone in this room had extrem power, but the more the better. "Nothing Fruther" Where danzos last words as he took another drink of his water because the room was becoming a little hotter than he expected.

Haruka felt her eyebrow twitch a little bit as she saw the obvious annoyance on Rainen's face. 'Oh wonderful... what have I done to annoy him now?' She thought, her eyes narrowing on the male beside her a little bit. However, she pushed this aside and focused on their leader again. Before the leader spoke, Danzo had repeated what she called Saruno as a question. She turned and looked at him, since she was sat opposite the other man, and tilted her head to the side. "Yes... sama... Saruno is our leader... sama is a sign of respect." She spoke slowly as if he should already know this, almost in a patronising tone of voice yet not quite. "And for one who you do not know as well, the suffix of san is also a sign of respect. I do not go around readily insulting my comrades, Danzo." She added as if she had to, averting her gaze from Danzo once more to look at their leader.

She did not even flinch when the door was blown open, pebbles flying into the room as the debris. A few scattered right next to her elbows but she didn't look at them. She listened to what her fellow comrades decided to say, and nodded her head a little. "Yes. Our ultimate goal is to gain power above that of other shinobi; collecting Bijuu in order to help make this possible." She said slowly, picking her word choices carefully. Her voice was emotionless and flat while she spoke also.

The blade beside him started to absorb the tension in the room as it's own power source, starting to flicker some with the odd purple and black chakra that surrounded it. After calming down, Saruno slowly let his hand move down, grasping the grip of the blade, pulling it from the floor with ease, setting it in his lap, setting his hands along it, palms grasping around the blade. His black hues trailed down to stare at the blackish silver metal that was before him, then up to the members before him. His pale lips parted quietly, only to speak a few simple words in his dark tone, "Power is only a step away from our lives, but to obtain it, requires work, discipline and the annihilation of anyone that gets in our way. Those who will, I don't care what you do to them, stab them, kill them, tear out their vocal cords, enslave them, doesn't matter." he spoke in his darkened tone, letting himself lean back, the blade glowing silently on his lap.

From the sort of respect at least the female, he closed his black hues, placing his hands together on top of the blackened blade, taking in a deep breath of air, a small amount of his chakra coming up from the blade and into his hands, creating yet another marble of his compressing power, "But if you do bring slaves, I expect you to clean up after them. If you bring 'trophies' home, make sure you clean that mess as well. As much as we are the most elite ninja, we have to have at least some class along with those titles." he had whispered, letting his palms start to part, to reveal the blackish blue marble of pure compressed chakra, "Make sure of this."

Danzo seemed to have the same thought as Rainen, that much became clear when he questioned Haruka about calling Saruno “sama”. As the female gave her explanation, the missing-nin from Iwa observed her with his green eyes. When she concluded with the remark that she didn’t just insult comrades without a reason, Rainen sumply let out a little laugh. ”She knows what will happen if she tries..” he mumbled not to anyone in the room specific. After being reminded that san was also a sign of respect, his temper had cooled down a bit, but he wouldn’t hesitate to attack her should she just directly insult him.

He turned to the leader again as his sword started to flicker. It was a very odd weapon. Despite the fact that he was an expert on Kenjutsu and his father before him, he had never seen such a blade in his whole life. He wondered if his father, who had fought the at that time leader of the Seven Swordsmen once would’ve recognized it. Those guys had some powerful blades for sure, and maybe their leader had been one of them. Despite having seen and spoken this man several times before the meeting, the first time being when he was recruited, he knew nothing of his origins just yet.

The young man snickered at Saruno’s comment about slaves and trophies. He was considering to take a decapitated head of a powerful enemy with him if he would manage to kill one just to have something to brag about, but having to clean up the blood from such a trophy was a bore. His hands still folded in front of him, he reacted to Saruno’s comment. ”Sure, no problem. If I may ask, which Bijuu will we be targeting first? I’m aching for a good fight…”

Sitting in his chair Danzo leaned back making him feel extremly comfortable. He watched as the tension grew in the room with every word that was said, beside from what Saruno had been saying. Danzo looked up at Haruka as he smiled ending in the sound of his voice. "You think i dont know this? Danzo said as he turned away from the girl and payed no more attention to her for the moment. Danzo wasn't going to sit and argue with her, instead he replyed to what Saruno said. "Thats not a problem. But i am on the same page as Rainen. When will we get to hunt down some Bijuu? Danzo asked then became silent and waited for a reply.

Haruka paid no mind to what her colleagues had to say after her explanation and simply nodded at the words of their leader. Trophies and the like were very harsh, and she didn't have any intention of bringing any trophies or slaves back from assignments. Killing was clean and efficient; and it was also the only thing she would do. If it came right down to it, in truth, Haruka didn't want to have to kill anybody or anything. But to achieve her aspirations and wants, it was necessary. One couldn't join an evil organisation just to let enemies go free. They had to be disposed of; no mess, no fuss.

In agreement with her comrades, she simply nodded her head and otherwise stayed silent. The Bijuu were her big interest also. With such power behind them, people would have no choice but to fear the Akatsuki and obey their demands. The creatures held what Haruka thought to be the key to taking over the world in order to change it into a better image. A radical approach, yes, but one that she felt was needed in order to rid the terrible sufferings in the world. It would take a lot of suffering in the first place to reach this goal, of course, but sacrifices had to be made for the greater good of peace and change. This was in her opinion needed for the world to survive. If not, it would be swallowed up into hatred, pain and suffering for the rest of its existance.

While she awaited Saruno's answer about the Bijuu, she sat almost motionless with her eyes almost glazing over as she lost herself in her thoughts. It appeared as if she was still concentrating, however. Awake and alert.

He started to compress the marble in his hands a little more smaller and smaller as he kept concentrating on it. Only to nod to himself, he opened his black hues to stare at the three before him. "Correct answers. We hunt as groups. Since there are only four of us, You get ten seconds to decide who to partner with. If it comes to an indecision, I decide the teams." He said within his calm, monotonous voice. The marble let off a small pulse through the air, cracking the dense stone table in front of him as if it were something else. But the clear indentation of a circular crack came into the view as it happened again, breaking the side of the table that was facing him. An example had to be set of how powerful he was, in order to make sure no one tried anything with him on their first meeting. Only to set his palms apart, the tiny marble following the right, he raised the right above his head, as if showing it, his left setting down along the arm of his chair.

"Deciding lasts only so long, if you don't get along, I make you a bomb to toss at enemies." He really didn't like slackers, or whiners, or anyone really who irritated him. He wouldn't restrain himself from killing any of his members just because they were his to command. Only to narrow his hues, he flicked the marble out to the hallway, waiting around five seconds before a massive explosion took out a quarter of the building, narrowly dodging the room, but shaking it enough to make a few pebbles come down from the ceiling. "If an example has to be made, I will make it, and Trust me, it won't be pretty." Some sort of fear he was trying to instill, making sure they knew even a tiny little piece of chakra from him meant certain annihilation. He didn't care if they were loyal to him or not, and their essence really didn't depict that loyalty aspect.

Rainen sighed. He unfolded his hands and completely rested his arms on the supports while leaning against the back of the chair in a more comfortable pose. His green eyes, with one of his blue hair strings hanging in front of them, looked at the ceiling as the leader threatened him yet again. His eyes followed the second marble as it darted into the hallway, destroying much of the building they were in. ”For fucks sake.. first he tells us not to make a mess, next thing he starts breaking down the building himself. I’m really gonna kill the fuck once I get the chance…”

Now, he had to choose a partner. At the moment, the guy with the blue skin, Danzo, was the only one of his three options who hadn’t pissed him off yet, so he figured the man would be the best option for now. Of course, from a third person viewpoint teaming those two up would be a risky choice since both possessed a rather short fuse. Given both their individual personalities, a fight between the two out of sheer anger would be very possible. Of course, in Rainen’s eyes if anything like that would happen it would all be Danzo’s fault. For one thing, it would definitely be an interesting partnership.

”Very well, then. I’ll take you as my partner, Danzo, since it seems you also can’t wait to get started in the field.” Right now he didn’t assume Danzo would refuse because.. well.. for Rainen it was unthinkable that anyone would refuse his presence.
